Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders shipped within Australia are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location (e.g., remote areas or regional postcodes might take longer).

  • Shipping costs for Australian orders will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most destinations. For international orders, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local carrier processing.

  • Any customs charges, duties or taxes applicable in your country are your responsibility.

  • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Calculations

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination and courier selected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

  • If you provided an incorrect delivery address and the courier returns the package to us, additional return/shipping costs may apply.

Free Shipping

  • (Optional) Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over a certain threshold (e.g., AUD $100).

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur the standard shipping cost.

Tracking & Notifications

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available).

  • You can track your parcel’s status through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct, including unit/apartment number, postcode, and contact number.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays

  • Although we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, adverse weather or public holidays.

  • If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Returns & Faulty Goods

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

  • Due to the nature of our products (health & wellness), we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty product.
