Returns & Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of our products (health & wellness), we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty product.
