Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept:
- Visa & MasterCard (via eWay secure gateway)
- PayPal
- Direct debit (for email orders – we’ll contact you to confirm)
Prices may change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honoured.
Order Acceptance & Fulfilment
All orders placed through our site are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance by us. If we decline an order, we will issue a full refund.
Orders are confirmed via email once processed. If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Product Usage & Resale
All products (including samples) are for personal use only. Reselling or redistributing our products without prior written approval is prohibited.
We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities or refuse orders we suspect are for resale or breach our policies.
Subscriptions
We offer subscription services that auto-renew every 30 days (or as selected). By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing using your chosen payment method.
To cancel:
Email info@byronbaydetoxretreats.com.au before the end of your billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of that cycle.
You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.
Order Cancellation
a. By You
If your order hasn't shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel and refund it. Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
b. By Us
We may cancel orders due to stock shortages or delivery limitations. In this case, we’ll contact you and refund the full product and shipping amount. We cannot reimburse any additional bank fees you may incur.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@byronbaydetoxretreats.com.au.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier services.
We are not liable for shipping delays due to postal carriers, customs, or incorrect address entry.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
User Conduct
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not engage in behaviour that may damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others’ use. This includes unauthorised access, scraping, spamming, or reselling without approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byron Bay Detox Greens and Detox Retreats Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the replacement of goods or the resupply of services.
